GUIR Advisory & Program Development Services

Working across government, private & community sectors to increase effectiveness & reach

We are regularly called upon to advise and consult to inform policy development as a result of our track record in developing and delivering community based mental health improvement programs and services and our holistic and collaborative approach. We are able to bring our significant skillset in this area to share and address the challenges other service providers are facing to improve the outcomes for their clients and ultimately increase the impact of programs in the long term.

We have consulted on a wide range of projects on both a paid and pro bono basis, these include:

  • Mental Health Services provision
  • Cultural competency training for clinical service providers including GP’s and health workers
  • Problem gambling programs
  • Recruitment and mentoring of Aboriginal designated positions
  • Development of Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) in the community service and not for profit sector
  • Mental Health Policy development
